I definitely haven't been on in a while. I was quite busy over the holiday and I've been really busy with school and cheer. Just going to update y'all on what's going on.
Cheer:
We went to San Antonio this past weekend for a cheer competition. It was pretty great. We went up there a day early so we could spend some time on the river...since we haven't been there since I was two. We had a great Saturday there and it was truly the most perfect day to be down there. Sunday came around and we went to St. Mary's University for my comp. We were competing against six other teams that were really good and have beat us before. We had just learned a new routine so we thought we were going to do worse than we actually did. Sadly, we got fifth out of six even though we only dropped one stunt and everything else was pretty amazing. I'm just glad I got to experience it. And that I finally got to go to San Antonio again. Now, this weekend I have a comp. in Galveston which is Nationals. It's a big competition and there's a lot of people there. I hope we do great this weekend.
School:
School has been quite chaotic. We're in the third nine weeks and it's expected to be the hardest from what the teacher's have told us...and Cole. I have a really big math test tomorrow and two science tests in one day. Tell me that's not crazy. Plus, my Social Studies teacher broke her finger and was out of school for a week and now we have to do some major catching up to do. I just hope I do well on my tests, that's all.
Sickness:
Last night I came downstairs from my room around 10:20 because I couldn't go to sleep. I had been complaining about my throat hurting really bad. I took some Motrin around 6:00 but it did nothing to make the pain go away. I took my temp. and I had a fever of 101.1 degrees. I told my dad and headed back on upstairs. I woke up this morning wasn't running a fever but my throat was killing me. I went ahead and went to school but around 9:20 I was in choir and hey sent me to the nurse. I told her about my throat and she sent me home.
So that's about it. Nothing new.
